Refund policy

To return an item, please contact us at info@moveomens.com, specifying the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Quality products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in sold faulty products are corrected, and faulty products are exchanged or refunded.

Conditions for Returning Products:

1. The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging (this condition does not apply when returning a faulty product).

2. The product must not be damaged by the buyer.

3. The product must be unused and retain its original appearance: labels must be intact, protective films must not be removed, etc. (this condition does not apply when returning a faulty product).

4. The returned product must be in the same complete set as received by the buyer (this condition does not apply when returning a faulty product).

5. The seller has the right to refuse to accept returned products if the return conditions have not been met.

6. The return of products must be carried out using the method specified by the seller within 14 days from the date of receipt (this condition does not apply when returning a faulty product – in such cases, the return is carried out within the legal warranty period).

Refund and Exchange Policy:

Refunds are issued within 14 days to the buyer’s bank account. The refunded amount included delivery costs. The refund is processed only after the returned product has been inspected and no violations of the above conditions have been found.

The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs of a quality product.
